Profile: Tang Youhai, born in 1976 in Shangrao, Jiangxi, associate professor, graduated from Chongqing Jianzhu University, majoring in urban and rural planning. Previous jobs: Designer  of state-owned enterprises (GZPI), designer of foreign enterprises (ATKINS), researcher of real estate company (Borui real estate), chief planner of local government (Mianyang City).
